Main info

I mostly work on what sparks an interest in me so sending a form isn't a guaranteed request acceptance.}▸If your request sparks interest in me, i'll accept it and you'll be able to check the status of it on my public queue.▸MOST OF THESE SLOTS ARE LIMITED TO ONLY ONE CHARACTER PER IMAGE.
Do not hesitate on asking me your idea first!▸I WON'T work on description-based characters. Your character needs to be an existing/already made design.
If your character doesn't exist, I'll charge the price for designing it (Character custom design: 650€) to your current commission.

Payment

▸Payment will always be in € EUROS.▸I'll need your paypal for the invoice. Payment is always upfront.▸Once I receive the money, you'll be given a base sketch.▸I will refund your commission if I can't commit to it.
If sketch is done, I will refund 90% of the total price.▸If you take days to reply and affect my work schedule and other people from my queue, you'll be charged extra fees as punishment.
You'll be charged an extra fixed fee for smaller CM types and a % for bigger types.

Artist rights

▸ I hold all the rights on refusing a cm request.▸ I may cancel the commission at any point for any reason, such as:
Taking too long to reply, Poor Communication, Rude Behavior, Harassment, Health Issues, Burnout, Etc.
[I will always comunicate it first]▸I hold all the rights on publishing/posting your cm to my social media (specially on my Patreon) and to use it to promote myself and my work.▸I work better via discord (i have a public server for everyone to join for an easier communication and to reach me and my art).
With that being said, if i happen yo accept your commission, do not consider that an invitation to DM me about ANYTHING that isn't a commission related conversation.Accepting your commission does not make you instantly a friend of mine so keep DMs professional and work focused.▸All of my work is set to be for personal use only. If you want any commercial use, ask me before.

As a client you agree to:

▸Since they are set to be weekly, if you take too long to reply, it affects my entire work queue.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

If, by any chance you take days to reply me after payment is done, you still are affecting my queue.
This results in a punishment extra fee to you. Please respect my time, work and effort.}

▸By purchasing anything from me, you agree to NOT USE MY WORK TO FEED ANY AI GENERATOR.▸As a client, you and only you have the full right, with me, of having the HD original file of your commission.
Please think before spreading my HD files.
(Not even my patreon will have the OG HD files. Those are only for you (the client) and I.
▸After your commission is done, you'll receive: flat colors (if asked), finished HD quality and low res + watermark on them for you to share ANYWHERE.
Please, DO NOT share the HD I grant you. It's only for you and me, for personal use. That way, I try to keep thieves away.▸I demmand a quick response and workflow (no more than 24h) both from you and I. If you take longer to reply, this will affect both you and any other client after you.
You'll be banned from my commissions if this behaviour keeps happening.
