Before that tho, I'll ask you to please take a minute and read all of my T.O.S so this expecience becomes the best for both parts, you and I!

🟄 DOS AND DON'TS 🟄

🟄 MAIN INFO 🟄

- THESE ARE NOT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
- THESE SLOTS ARE LIMITED TO ONLY ONE CHARACTER PER IMAGE.
- I -NEVER- WORK WITH WAITLIST OR PROMISE/RESERVE ANY SLOTS.
(If you happen to have an urgency or important event (a birthday) lemme know and I might considerate the pick. But again, won't promise it 100%)
- I work weekly, so if you're set for the second week of the month, I won't charge you until the Monday of that week arrives.
(I'll always show/send you a message if you happens to be picked so you'll know exactly when your will be.
- I will always aim to rest on weekends so no need to message me about rushing the payment or anything.
- Estimated time for me to finish your piece usually won't exceed a week (5 to 7 days). Sometimes, if a cm type is smaller, I can get it done fairly quick.
- NEVER, EVER, hesitate on asking me to change stuff, specially during sketch stage. I want you to feel your character as close as possible to what they are. I won't like you to settle with anything that doesn't make you fully happy.
With that being said, I won't be accepting pose change requests once lineart is done. Color changes are ok and free, but try to keep all the changes requested at once if possible.
- I WON'T work on description based characters without a clear refference. I won't be designing your character for any commission.

🟄 PAYMENT 🟄

- Payment will always be in € EUROS.
- I'll need your paypal for the invoice. Payment is always upfront
- Once I receive the money, you'll be given a base sketch.
- I will refund your commission if I can't commit to it.
If sketch is done, I will refund 90% of the total price.

🟄 COMMISSION RIGHTS 🟄

- I hold all the rights on refusing a cm request.
- I may cancel the commission at any point for any reason, such as:
Poor Communication, Rude Behavior, Harassment, Health Issues, Burnout, Etc.- By purchasing anything from me, you agree to NOT USE MY WORK FOR NFTS.
- By purchasing anything from me, you agree to NOT USE MY WORK TO FEED ANY AI GENERATOR.- As a client, you and only you have the full right, with me, of having the HD original file of your commission.
- After your commission is done, you'll receive: flat colors (if asked), finished HD quality and low res + watermark on them for you to share ANYWHERE. Please, DO NOT share the HD I grant you. It's only for you and me, for personal use. That way, I try to keep thieves away.
- If you desire your post to be set as private or not published at all, please let me know.
- All of my work is for non-commercial use.
- I demmand a quick response and workflow (no more than 24h) both from you and from I. If you take longer to reply, this will affect both you and any other client after you.
You'll be banned from my commissions.
